SeekEasy (rev 8.55) manual upgrade from earlier 8-series versions:
The only file you need to update is the seekeasy.exe file.
Download the new seekeasy.exe file:
seekeasy.exe - (186K, about 1 minute with a 28.8 modem)
If SeekEasy is currently installed on your PC, the simplest option
is to just download the "seekeasy.exe" file, and replace
the old one with this new one, in the same folder.
The new version will use the existing
Registration Code and other settings in the "seekeasy.cfg" file,
and no further changes should be necessary.
When you are finished, there should be three files in the SeekEasy folder:
- seekeasy.exe
- seekeasy.cfg
- seekdone.wav
If you need the full set of three files, go to the regular download page to download them, and then use your personalized registration code to make it a registered copy.
Your personalized registration code is displayed on the main screen of the SeekEasy program, and also on the "Enter Registration Code" screen, where it can be copied into the windows clipboard if you wish.
If you don't have SeekEasy installed, and you have have lost your registration code, email us with enough information so we can identify you as a registered user, and we will send your code again.
